El Cajon is a growing city North of San Diego California. This site is loosely base on this real city, with a lot of world of darkness modifications. It's culture is a melting pot of America and Mexico which is only 20 miles south of the city. With a population of over 250,000 the city has been expanding a lot in the last few years in every way possible, making it a great place to stake a new claim for oneself.
