The rail station of El Cajon in the area of La Mesita park. has had lines 3, and 4 closed down for as long as anyone can remember. The city has claimed to be refurbishing it, but the construction has been halted endlessly by technicalities and loop holes.
In reality these line have been taken over by the cities vampires and used to house the poor and new vampires with no claim to a turf of their own. with side tunnels maintenance areas food courts and shops converted in to sleeping quarters. these creates a kind of homeless tent city meets refugee zone for the neonates.
