Players will be restricted to the number of characters they can have for each venue.
Vampire =1 vampire 1 ghoul your ghoul's can not belong to your own vampire Werewolf = 1 werewolf 1 kinfolk Mage= 1 Mage
All other characters from white wolf are possible on a case by case basis. these include Hunters the Reconing: not restricted Mummy's the Resurrection: not Changling the Dreaming: not restricted Kindred of the East. in small numbers Demon the fallen: in small numbers Wraith the Oblivion: not restricted anything else please PM myself or Dontie for werewolf
Here is a little template you can follow for character submission but it doesn't have to be this extensive if you are willing to wait to talk out any finer points with me

* Catiff have no clan-based Disciplines, just as they have no clan. For them, the cost of raising Disciplines is the current rating x 6 for all Disciplines. This is both a curse and a blessing of being Clanless.
** Increasing a Virtue through experience does not increase traits based on that Virtue (Humanity, Willpower).

* As a general rule, a vassal gets a cost break when the actual Disciplines of her first domitor's clan (so, while a Toreador may know Dominate, it is not considered a clan Discipline for purposes of experience points). A revenant gets a cost break on the Disciplines of her family, while an independent gets a cost break on Potence, Celerity, and Fortitute.
A vassal who leaves a vampire's service is treated as an independent from that point on, while an independent who becomes Blood Bound to a domitor is treated as a vassal. So, yes, it is possible for an enterprising player to 'minimax' this system - but the dire ramifications of dealing with the Kindred in this fashion should make the point moot.
